A building project isn’t just about materials and construction. It’s about making your home a better place to be.

Building or renovating your property is an investment that you’ll live with for decades, so getting the result you want really matters. We apply our exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to detail to create superb renovations and builds that elevate the quality and value of your home.

Whether it’s building from the ground up, or planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation, our job is to provide you with a beautifully finished home that is a better place for you to live, love and grow.

High quality was what we wanted, and we got exactly what we asked for.

Our services

Renovation featuring custom mini orb, double glazed and thermally broken windows and a concrete path exposed aggregate. The renovation was to improve the amenity of the space under the house, by building it in: creating two extra bedrooms and a usable under-house storage space. The house is north facing on a bush block, with mini orb cladding and exposed aggregate concrete paths to lower the fire risk. Photo: Jordan Davis.

Sustainability

We’re mindful of ethical building practices and processes, and we take a sustainable approach across our entire operation.

We re-purpose, recycle and reuse materials wherever possible and aim to minimise waste whenever we can — for example, by only ordering the materials that are needed for the job. We apply innovative solutions and technologies to maximise energy efficiency and sustainability in our building projects — including phase change materials (PCM), cutting-edge insulation products, thermal mass and best practice moisture management systems.

HIA GreenSmart sustainable building program

We have a passion for building energy-efficient, sustainable, and healthy homes with a high thermal rating. Enhanced Homes is GreenSmart certified, and we undertake regular training with GreenSmart to stay up to date with the most current sustainable building technology and products.

This comprehensive product knowledge enables us to install GreenSmart Endorsed products with skill and confidence, and to provide professional advice to clients who are interested in using GreenSmart technology.
